Team Member was working on Cell 6 and going to load the scrim roll onto the sheeter.

What happened

Team Member did not follow the standard of allowing the forklift to move the roll. Instead [REDACTED] and another Team Member lifted the roll to load the sheeter by hand. The roll slipped out of [REDACTED] 's hand and caused his hand to be crushed in a pinch point. This resulted in a laceration.
