The driver states that on 4 1 2025 he was requested to load malfunctioning equipment at Miami P amp;DC to take Metro Air THS. He states that the BMC was extremely heavy many overloaded with letters. The pin that locks the BMC to the floor of the trailer was not working properly and was secured by shrink wrap and as he was pushing the BMC on the trailer it came apart causing the stopper to catch onto to the dock plate causing him to injure his left shoulder .
