Driving between [REDACTED] Publix locations for merchandising purposes. Stopped on a two lane highway by a flagger for road construction.

What happened

While stopped by a flagger for road construction another vehicle hit EE in the rear while under the influence.

Injury or illness

EE reported to me at the time of the accident that he was fine and would update me in the morning. The next morning the EE was still mostly fine noting only minor right shoulder pain.
