Before the incident

EE claims that while doing a count back some cases started falling off of a pallet and he went to catch one of the falling cases and as he did a different case hit him in his right upper arm. He stated that he didn 't think much of it at the moment but over the weekend it bruised up and started to be more painful. He now claims that he is in more pain when trying to lift his right arm above head level.
