Before the incident

Employee was pulling carcasses at the chain transfer using an s hook to pull the carcasses with.

What happened

Employee was pulling on a carcass hard and the hook he was using pulled loose from the carcass causing the employee to fall backwards . When he was falling his arm went in the equipment sterilizer which uses hot water cuasing the burn.
