What happened
Our produce delivery had been dropped off a short [REDACTED] ago and was obstructing [REDACTED] 's ability to reach lettuce on a shelf he went around the boxes and got the lettuce. When he turned back around he did not see the low rolling cart with our sandwich delivery. He stepped on that and fell on the ground injuring his left shoulder.
