I was loosining a bolt with an allyn wrench on a stronium arm up on a stronium deck the bolt was stuck and I tried pushing and pulling on it and I did get it off and felt an instant pain in my left bicep I work in dept 420 on I was wearing my safety glasses ear plugs and spats
