Before the incident

ERCP procedure nurse. Endoscopy I was plugging in the BOVIE pad to the ERBE and while backing up i got tangled in cord and had turned and the fluoro cart was to my left so i went to the right and fell.

Summary line

tangled in BOVIE cord and no where to move between MD endo cart fluoro cart and I tripped and fell against the stent cabinet.
