Before the incident

Lifting bushing out of tote with a magnet

What happened

Employee was using a hand held lifting magnet to lift a bushing out of a tote in the FWD pick. The [REDACTED] had packed all of the bushings inside the tote so when the employee went to lift the part it was stuck causing the magnet to let go resulting in the employees hand swinging upwards striking the racking above the tote. Employee had a small bruise on the hand and requested an ice pack.
