DWS employee stepped up onto a loaded trailer to look at a load the outside driver expressed concerns about. As soon as he reached the deck of the flat bed he hit his forehead on a beam causing an approx 6 in laceration. The ee was able to descend awkwardly down the steps of the deck level when he sat down and asked for assistance
