The employee was doing sanding and grinding metal on cabs they finished their work and were leaving for the day.

What happened

The employee just states that they felt like something was in their eye they went home and tried to flush their eye at home with a shower. They could not get the objects out they returned to work the next day and then reported the issue to their supervisor.
