What happened

Employee was climbing a ladder on the catwalk for the BNB overhead conveyor when they slipped and caught themselves with their right arm. Employee stated that they heard a pop in their right shoulder. When he went to climb back up the ladder from the platform below his foot slipped on the rung and he caught himself with his right arm felt a pop in his shoulder. Stated that he broke that same shoulder [REDACTED].
