What happened

Employee was working at station 80 in wheel ends on line 1. Employee was using arbor press which has a pendulum with teeth on it that catches a gear and controls the handle that they press the seal into the hub with. The pendulum did not catch the gear and this caused the handle to come down quickly striking the employees left ring finger in between the handle and the table.
