Before the incident

Loading stall mats into a customers vehicle.

What happened

Associate was loading stall mats into a Subaru [REDACTED] with a bike rack on the back and a child in a car seat in the back. While doing so the associate turned and hit his knee on the bike rack. This caused his knee to become dislocated. Associate then sat down on the customers bike rack and grabbed his knee causing it to return to its socket.
