While the team member was condensing the pallets in the area upon entering one of the pallets and turning the handle on the EPJ #77 The associate felt the pain in their lower back. The associate has a start date of [REDACTED]. The associate was wearing proper PPE at the time of incident. The associate was not working overtime. No environmental factors played a role in the incident.
