Employee was travelling down an aisle with a pallet on his rider.

What happened

While travelling down the aisle the employee looked back to check his handheld to print off the label he needed. While looking back the employee began to veer towards the product rack in which he struck one of the beams and dislocated his kneecap after the impact.
