What happened

WHILE TAKING PAINT MACHINE OFF OF THE VAN USING THE WOODEN RAMP RIGHT WHEEL CAME OFF OF THE RAMP. TRIED TO LIFT THE MACHINE BACK ONTO THE RAMP AND FELL WITH THE MACHINE. LANDED ON RIGHT SHOULDER. BETWEEN FALLING AND TRYING TO LIFT MACHINE HURT RIGHT SHOULDER CAUSING PAIN.
