What happened

Employee was in the front bin of [REDACTED] stacking a hvy bag (est 70 to 80lbs). HIs glove caught on the bag when moving it and it pulled his arm. Some minor swelling could be seen after reporting to OSM - Ice was applied to area. The area in question is just below his right bicep. VAT video call conducted; recommendation was to continue with first aid (icing) and they will follow up with employee [REDACTED].
