What happened

On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was working the bag room. [REDACTED] placed a bag on top of several other bags already stacked. The bag wheel got caught on another bag handle. While adjusting the bag [REDACTED] felt pain in his right shoulder. [REDACTED] continued to work his assigned line. While offloading a flight a bag got stuck on the belt loader while [REDACTED] was attempting to secure the bag it fell pulling on his arm
