What happened

EE was helping a customer with 8 bags at the ticket counter. Towards the end of the check-in process the customer realized that they did not put locks on their bags and had EE hand the bags back to them. Then the customer gave the bags back to EE to put on the belt. EE reports feeling back pain that did not go away immediately after and sustained an injury to her right lower back.
