What happened

EE was sitting down to eat crew meal and she had pulled out a carrier and her back was leaning against the crew rest door. The flight hit moderate to severe turbulence. She braced her right palm against the safety latch on the beverage carts. She was holding on to the flight attendant who was in his jump seat on the left. After this incident she noticed some strain while using her right elbow and right knee. Recommendation: See Provider within 3 Days
