What happened

On [REDACTED] at approx[REDACTED] [REDACTED] EE slipped and fell at [REDACTED]. While assisting a coworker with connecting a dolly to her tug I slipped during the repositioning of the dolly. While pulling the dolly toward me both feet slipped causing EE to fall directly on my tailbone and both legs hitting the dolly underneath leaving a scrape and bruise on both legs (between the knee and ankle area).
