What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] local time Ms. [REDACTED] was departing from work. As she was stepping outside of the hangar she stepped into a hole in broken concrete causing her to fall and twist her ankle. The event took place on the Southwest side of the hangar there is no door number for reference. Ms. [REDACTED] declined to go to SLC Health Central and opted to go to the ER at Intermountain Health Hospital. She was diagnosed with a sprain left ankle. Lost time
