EE was standing in the middle of the galley when suddenly turbulence hit. She was unable to move to the closest jump seat. She was holding the counter with both hands. The aircraft dropped and the left side of her body came down and hit hard. She has pain in her left thigh left lower back left hip left shoulder and neck. EE sought emergency treatment.
