He contacted me late [REDACTED] [REDACTED] that he was sick from aspirating contaminated Canadian fire smoke and had to go to Urgent Care where he was prescribed an inhaler. He came into work on [REDACTED] and reported a work-related injury to the LAMT on duty who called [REDACTED] to report the incident as an OJI. Lost time RX
