What happened

During the arrival of flight [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] the aircraft 's air hose became detached at the [REDACTED] mid-section. The employee (EE) was stationed near the beltloader in preparation for offloading and observed the disconnection. EE moved quickly to shut off the air hose using the lower jetway controls and while in motion he lost his balance falling on the dry pavement. As a result of the fall EE sustained injuries including abrasions and swelling to both knees as well as discomfort in the upper right hamstring and abrasions on his right forearm.
