What happened

On [REDACTED] the employee was returning from the ladies room to the break area in the terminal when she slipped and fell. There was no wet floor signage present to warn of the hazard. As a result she injured the entire left side of her body. The VAT line was contacted and advised the employee to ice the affected area and use pain medication if needed.
