Before the incident

Riding bike down center of pathway

What happened

Employee was coming down the main aisle from the machine shop riding a bicycle and turned left towards the paint department. While turning the front wheel slid causing him to lose balance and fall to the floor. His left knee hit the floor and at the same time he tried to stop his fall with his left arm. He said he felt ok at the time but it now seems that his left shoulder is sore due to the impact of the fall.
