What happened
Fell on the ice leaving work. Slipped on the ramp outside door #3. Was doing the penguin walk and taking small steps but with the incline it was too slippery and lost my footing. I injured the back of my right arm wrist back right buttock and felt a little dizzy and lightheaded when I got home but do not think I hit my head.
