[REDACTED] smelled Chlorine and or Carbone monoxide while in the truck. He had rolled down the windows on the way back from [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] had an immediate headache dizzy and then after taking Tylenol threw up. He also stated he had a funny feeling in his chest and or tightness. [REDACTED] felt dizzy as well.
