What happened

employee had stopped lift before entering cooling rack in order to roll off 3 scrap board 's that were on it . As he rolled the last board off it landed on his foot above the steel toe. He then got back on the lift and pulled into the cooling rack. He stated that he then began to feel dizzy and called for another employee to grab a cold water for him and got off the lift. He then blacked out and fell face first onto the concrete floor
