[REDACTED] STATES: I WAS PUTTING CHAINS ON THE CRANE HOOK TO ADJUST THE NORTH EVACK ARM ON 7 CASTING MACHINE. THE CHAINS WERE HANGING DOWN AND WHEN I BUMPED UP THE ON THE CRANE IT CAME UP FASTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD. THE HOOK ON THE CHAIN CAUGHT ON A PLATFORM CAUSING IT TO SNATCH OFF AND HIT ME IN THE HEAD.
