Staff helped client remove his jacket.

What happened

Client 1 came in and staff was directing the client to put jacket and bag away in the process client 2 was sitting in the chair and client 2 was very loud and client 1 doesn 't like noise. While staff was talking to client 2 client 1 's jacket was hanging on their shoulder staff helped client to remove jacket. Client 2 was so loud client 1 then punched staff in the face.
