Before the incident

Unloading bottles from walk-in cooler into cases felt strain beneath my shoulder in my backrib when grabbing from top shelf

What happened

The fan for the cooling unit in the walk-in cooler was rattling loose and need to get fix for safety. Had to move the EOC samples in the walk-in cooler to the doghouse cooler until fan was fixed. When [REDACTED] was grabbing samples from the top shelf he felt a strain in backrib beneath the shoulder.
