PRIOR TO THIS CALL EE APPLIED ICE TO THE AREA. EE DESCRIBES CONTUSION TO THE LEFT POSTERIOR HAND CAUSING PAIN AMP SWELLING. EE AGREES TO AND VERBALIZES UNDERSTANDING OF SELF-CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS INJURY WILL CALL BACK IF NEW WORSENING S S OCCUR.
