Employee was approaching resident 's bed to get his vital signs and to prepare to get him up out of bed for the morning.
What happened
Resident states employee turned around and the next thing he knew she was on the ground and she yelled for help twice. Staff came into the room to assist employee who was on the ground. It is not clear how this happened however there was a bed alarm cord hanging below the bed and employee may have tripped on the cord.
