Leaving work-exited through glass door. Tripped on rug fell forward landed on concrete on RT hip. Rolled left to sitting position-unable to get up [REDACTED] men leaving also pulled me up. They came after I had fell-found me sitting on ground. asked me if I needd help. They pulled me up. Asked me if I wanted them to walk me to my car. I declined. When in my car I felt hip-it was swollen. After I undressed it was noted to be red also and very tender to touch. I was unable to lay on my RT side. Painful to walk. The employee was in a wheelchair during her visit to [REDACTED]. Dr [REDACTED] consulted and order to send the employee to the ER for further observation. She was then weeled to ER.
