What happened

On [REDACTED] an [REDACTED] was struck in the face by a slide hammer while removing the pins on an excavator bucket. [REDACTED] was in the cab and asked by [REDACTED] to move the stick out to align the bucket holes pinning the slide hammer striking [REDACTED] in the face. Employee was taken to local Urgent care for evaluation and diagnostics. X-rays showed he had a non-displaced fracture on the right side of his jaw.
