What happened

At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] EE# 9354 was injured while working on a [REDACTED] in bay #24 of GCS. EE was in the process of removing and replacing the transmission oil cooler from underneath the tractor when he lost grip of the cooler and his LH ring finger was pinched between a mounting tab on the cooler and the ground. EE stated that while removing the cooler he left one mounting bolt in place to hold it up while he tilted the cooler to allow the remaining fluid to drain out into a drain pan. Once drained EE removed the last bolt lowered the assembly and began disconnecting the last hose connected to the cooler. At this point is when the hose and cooler separated the cooler slipped from his grip and came down to the ground pinching his finger. The pinch cut his finger open requiring medical attention. EE was wearing [REDACTED] gloves while performing this task.
