Very fragile patient who requires direct attention was going through her exercise.

What happened

When patient finished an exercise she lost all sense of whereabouts and was not able to respond to questions. Finally she grabbed my arm as she was losing her balanceif I let go of her she would have fallen on the floor but my arm suffered an injury.
