Picked up a metal PBMC rack that was heavier than usual had a hard time picking it up and used extra strength to pick it up

I was searching for rack in liquid nitrogen and I picked it up and it was heavier than I thought and I used too much strength on my right arm and then I nearly dropped it and I caught it but I moved my right arm off and then felt a sharp pain.
