Before the incident

I hurt my right shoulder trying to turn patient while also trying to remove his pants. I didn 't feel the pain till I got home. Then Patient [REDACTED] forgetful at timesI had trouble moving my shoulder. Now I have pain in my right shoulder neck and upper back

What happened

this Pt is difficult to move . He needs to be turned q 2hrs and repositioned. also straigh cathed q4hrs. We were short a nurse and and an aid so I was trying to meet his needs as best I could. I didn 't feel the pain till I got home.
