went to the stock room with a request by a RN to see the availability of an item for a pt. was accompany by stock room Lead. Together we went looking for item for a patient that was request by a RN.

What happened

The lead reach up to the shelf to check boxes all of a sudden box fall onto my head from the top shelf. The impact of the box feel like a box over 25lbs. the impact cause my glasses Len to separate from the frame on the ground.
