I was on my scheduled shift working on the doc loading unloading trucks along with wrapping u-boats for trucks to leave the facility to go to the perspective hospital with the supplies

while working on the doc on my scheduled shift I was wrapping the u-boats and I began experiencing severe bak pain with a hot shooting pain on my lower back that cause tingling sensation on the middle lower portion of my back.
