Before the incident

Was asked by clerk to escort the patient in [REDACTED] downstairs due to a backup with transport. I borrowed a wheelchair and proceeded to assist the patient into the chair as well as transport her from 4S down to the vehicle she was leaving in.

What happened

The patient 's weight made it very difficult for me to push the wheelchair. At some point during the transport the strain of controlling pushing and navigating the chair with the patient in it caused a sharp pain to radiate up my wrist.
