Before the incident

I was about to perform PT evaluation; the patient was assisted by the nurse to the bathroom and she walked with assistance to and from the bathroom as she came out of the bathroom handed a walker to the patient and we started walking holding her left arm

What happened

We were walking in the hallway with shuffling gait using the walker and patient stop asked her how she feels stated feels lightheaded we stop to rest and she suddenly fell back on my right side landed on me on the floor.
