Before the incident

[REDACTED] told me to call NP because she was walking out of the door. Called NP on teams and she said to call a code grey. I told security and secretary to call code grey and he was yelling at me not call one. The chaos happened with no help. safety in danger

Patient has PRN order for zyprexa. Went to give zyprexa and patient pushed and kicked me away. Was able to give half IM. Recapped needle in the mix of chaos. Needle cap never fully went on needle. Stuck myself with used 25g needle
