Walking into the crowded operating room and low lying cables on floor.

What happened

I was walking into the operating room to help prep the patient and a cable looped around the heel of my sneaker. I was able to break my fall with my hands but as I was stretching out my left leg to continue my walk I heard a tear find my buttocks area.
