I was performing my work duties by delivering FedEx specimen mail to the mailbox in the receiving dock area. As I approached the mailbox there was a large cart positioned directly in front of it.

What happened

While delivering FedEx specimen mail to the mailbox I tripped over a large cart positioned directly in front of the mailbox and fell. I am reporting this incident to ensure it is documented properly and to follow Employee Health procedures.
