Before the incident

Walking to pallet to get retrieve personal items drink cup.

What happened

EE found on floor stating they didn 't know what happened but was in extreme pain no witnesses. Later the EE stated they had stepped up onto a pallet with boxes on it when they were storing some personal items reached for a personal item (drink cup) and upon stepping back off the pallet their foot hung up causing them to fall backwards landing on their back.
